Our Grading System

Our grading system indicates the cosmetic condition of our appliances, regardless of whether this appliance is a Grade Open Box, A, B or C, every appliance goes through our testing programme.

You may find visible cosmetic damage on the front of Grade C appliances and notable cosmetic damage on the sides and rear, as always, we photograph in detail each appliance of this grade type with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details to find the one you'll be most satisfied with.

Grade C appliances are considered 'good' condition and despite any cosmetic issues they'll function 'as new' having gone through our testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.

So, regardless of what product type you're considering ordering you'll probably find some indication of it being used due to our testing programme.

Accessories

Please review all the listing photographs for any included accessories, we'll always try to note anything missing in the condition notes, but we don't always catch everything.

Instruction Manuals

User manuals aren't always included, but are available digitally on request - contact us after purchasing or you can search the manufacturers website for the latest version.

Integrated Appliances

Fitting kits, unless pictured in the product gallery photographs which are unique to each appliance, are not included, we often don't receive these ourselves from the supplier or retailer from which our appliances originate.

GAP Renew Logistics

We're pleased to announce our own logistics serving much of Northern England, we'll deliver your order personally to your room of choice. We serve set postcodes once a week so any given delivery should be no longer than 5 business days from the order date - below are the postcodes we currently serve and the day of the week we do so.

Furdeco

Both of our large appliance couriers specialise in the delivery of home appliances, from the moment they collect from us they typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days but some of the more remote regions such as Cornwall this time frame might be a little longer.

APC Two Day

APC handles our smaller packages such as hobs, microwaves etc. They'll typically deliver within 2 or 3 business days and will update you via SMS or email with your delivery date and time.

The Pallet Network

For oversized items or items in excess of 100kg such as range cookers and American fridge freezers, if you live outside of our delivery area detailed above then we will ship your order on a pallet via TPN. A pallet with your ordered appliance will be delivered to the nearest available kerbside location within 3 to 4 business days. The delivery team will not be able to assist you in moving the appliance into your property.

Store Collection

If you're lucky enough to live in the Tyne and Wear region you can collect your order from our retail store on Bath Road, here in Gateshead - just select Collect in person at the checkout, orders are usually ready for collection within a few hours during business days - remember to bring the collection code eBay provide with you.

Recycling and Installation

We offer recycling at the checkout, recycling is widely available on all our large white goods listings, however installation isn't available via our eBay store. Please contact us for advice on installation services.

If for any reason you're not happy with your refurbished product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Warranties

All our refurbished products are backed by our 12-month direct replacement warranty, note that refunds via eBay are only available on orders less than 90 days old - this is an eBay policy rather than one of our own, please refer to eBay Terms of Service for further information prior to ordering.

Return Costs

The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods using one of our specialist couriers and we'll deduct the costs from any refund, currently this is 90 GBP (inc. VAT) for oversized appliances such as American Style or large four door refrigerators and 50 GBP (inc. VAT) for everything else.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, although quite rare, mistakes by ourselves or our delivery partners sometimes do happen. However, if something does go wrong with your order, we will resolve your issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience for you.

The easiest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation message so we can quickly identify your order and the goods you should have received, or the tracking information assigned to your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to either no communication with our delivery partners or the address provided at the time of order was incomplete/incorrect then upon return of your ordered goods, we'll cancel your order and refund your original payment method minus up to 90 GBP (inc. VAT) to cover the cost of carriage and the return of the undeliverable goods.
